After struggling to find employment, Kayla Rike received a recommendation from her Rabbi to seek assistance from Goodwill. "Having someone guide me through the job search process after years of not working outside of the home was beneficial for me," Kayla said.
Taryn Balwinski, a Career Development Specialist at Goodwill, played a pivotal role in assisting Kayla. Together, they worked on crafting her resume, sharpening her interview skills, and boosting her confidence.
Kayla is thrilled with her new role. She now serves as an Accounting Assistant at Cleveland Business Machines. Kayla shared, “I’m very grateful. Goodwill has been so wonderful to me.”
