Chattanooga Goodwill also offers free medical equipment to anyone in need regardless of income; employment services for people 55 years; furniture for those in housing transitions & more – all at no cost to the recipient.

Since 1923, we’ve been in the business of empowering people by teaching work skills, providing employment and developing habits that lead to continued employment. We provide a hand up, not a handout, to people who face a variety of barriers. Challenges might be mental, physical and emotional disabilities or other disadvantages such as a lack of education or a long absence from the working world.
