To our Amazing Goodwill shoppers and donors,

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to develop, Chattanooga Goodwill Industries has made the decision to close our Goodwill Store for shopping until further notice, effective Monday, March 23rd at 6 p.m. and will remain closed through April 6th at midnight.

Store closures will be re-evaluated on April 6th. Please check back for updated information on store openings.

We believe this measure is the best option to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and employees who remain our top priority. Although our retail stores are temporarily closed, our donation doors remain open. Our new donation guidelines have one simple objective: to keep our customers and our employees safe.

To maintain social distancing, please pull up to the Attended Donation Center, remain in your vehicle and our attendants will remove the items for you.

Our Attended Donation Centers will remain open 5 days a week, Thursday – Monday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Due to our store closures donations will not be accepted at our store locations.
