Goodwill Week

While you might be most familiar with Goodwill’s thrift stores, you may be surprised to learn what goes on behind the scenes — and why we do it.

When your donation goes home with a new purpose, the money we raised from that sale is then put into job training and placement programs that help others start new lives. People come to us for services like career navigation, skills training, and job placement. We also help them access other support services to address any other critical needs, such as childcare or transportation.

From May 5 to 11, we are celebrating Goodwill Week. If you’d like to help us celebrate, we invite you to bring us your donations, stop in for a treasure hunt, or make a monetary contribution that can help your neighbors on their path to brighter futures.
